Delete your ScrubMee account
You can delete your account and every piece of data on it yourself, in the app or from this page.
In the app (instant)
Open ScrubMee, go to Account, then Danger zone, then Delete my account and data. Two taps to confirm. Your shifts, certifications, CPD entries, tax deductions, settings, workplaces, profile and login record are deleted from our database straight away, and the app is wiped on that phone.
From here (within 5 business days)
If you no longer have the app, email privacy@scrubmee.com from the email address on your account with the subject Delete my ScrubMee account. We delete everything and confirm in writing.
What is deleted
- Your login record and email address
- Your profile and workplaces
- Every shift, certification, CPD entry, tax deduction and setting
Encrypted database backups age out within 30 days. Your Brain Sheet only ever lives on your phone and is cleared when you sign out or delete the app. We may keep a minimal record that an account with your email was deleted, and when, where a legal obligation requires it. That record contains no app data.
Deletion cannot be undone. Export your data first from Account if you want a copy.
